摘  要:利用现代品种衍生群体探究干旱条件下遗传增益,对于小麦抗旱育种具有重要意义。本研究以黄淮冬麦区南片骨干亲本周8425B及其衍生品种为试验材料,通过两年两点的两种灌溉水平处理,对抗旱相关性状进行分析。结果表明,其抗旱相关性状均受基因型、环境、水分处理及其互作效应的显著影响。干旱条件下,周8425B衍生品种的产量和抗旱指数年遗传增益为-0.22%和-0.56%,花后7d旗叶可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量年均降低0.58%和1.63%,均达显著水平,抗旱能力减弱的主要表现为花后7d旗叶可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量显著降低。产量和抗旱指数密切相关,单位面积穗数可作为品种抗旱性强弱的重要指标。本研究对于小麦抗旱育种具有显著应用价值。Using modern variety derived populations to explore genetic gain under drought conditions is of great significance to wheat drought-resistant breeding.In this study,Zhou 8425 B,the backbone parent in the south of Huanghe-Huaihe winter wheat area,and its derivid varieties were used as experimental materials to analyze the drought resistance related characters under two irrigation levels in two years in two places.The results showed that the drought resistance related characters were significantly affected by genotype,environment,water treatments and their interactions.Under drought conditions,the annual genetic gain of yield and drought resistance index of Zhou 8425 B derived varieties were-0.22%and-0.56%,and the contents of soluble sugar and proline in flag leaves after 7 days of anthesis decreased by 0.58%and 1.63%.They all reached significant level,which indicated that the weakening of drought resistance was mainly reflected in the significant decrease of soluble sugar and proline contents in flag leaves after 7 days of anthesis.The yield was closely related to drought resistance index,and the number of panicles per unit area could be used as an important index to evaluate drought resistance.This study had significant application value for drought-resistant breeding of wheat.
