摘  要:本试验选用氮敏感型甘薯品种济薯26(J26)和耐氮型品种徐薯32(X32)为材料,设置硝态氮浓度为0(N0)、7(N1)、14(N2)、28(N3)mmol/L共4个处理,采用Hoagland营养液水培法,研究不同硝态氮浓度对不同耐氮性甘薯品种根系生长和氮代谢的影响。结果表明,与N1和N3处理相比,N2处理可保持两品种较高的根系长度、根体积、根表面积,较高的叶片和根系硝酸还原酶(NR)、亚硝酸还原酶(NiR)活性,较高的地上部鲜重以及根系鲜重。随硝态氮浓度增加,两品种叶片和根系硝态氮含量及SPAD值均显著提高。在相同施氮量条件下,与徐薯32相比,济薯26具有较大的根系总长度和根表面积,较高的叶片NiR活性、根系NR、NiR活性和硝态氮含量,氮素代谢水平高,硝态氮浓度对其调控效应明显。To explore the effects of different nitrate concentrations on root growth and nitrogen metabolism of sweet potato cultivars with different nitrogen tolerance,we adopted the Hoagland hydroponics method,selected the N-susceptible cultivar Jishu 26(J26)and N-tolerant cultivar Xushu 32(X32)as materials,and designed four treatments as N0,N1,N2 and N3 with nitrate concentation at 0,7,14 and 28 mmol/L,respecively.The results showed that the length,surface area and volume of roots,NR and NiR activities in leaves and roots,fresh weight of aboveground part and roots of the two varieties were higher under N2 treatment compared with N1 and N3 treatments.In the two cultivars,the nitrate N content in leaves and root and the SPAD value increased significantly with the increase of nitrate N concentration.Under the same N level,J26 exhibited higher root length,root surface area,activities of NiR in leaves and NR and NiR in roots compared to X32,which showed higher level of N metabolism and obvious regulation effect by nitrate N.
