摘　　要：卓越工程师计划以经济社会发展需求为导向,以实际工程为背景,以工程技术为主线,通过行业企业深度参与培养过程,提升学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。以合肥学院生物工程专业为例,通过阐述卓越工程师计划的建设思路和建设方案,进而重点分析开展过程中存在问题和实践对策,以期为其他高校的生物类及其相近专业的人才培养提供参考。The“Education Training Plan for Excellent Engineers”was a program with economic and social development demands as the guide,practical engineering as the background and engineering technology as the main line.The excellent engineers plan focuses on improving students'engineering practical ability and innovation ability,through industry enterprises deeply participating personnel training process.This paper expounded the construction idea and scheme of the excellent engineers'plan,analysed the problems in the implementation process and countermeasures in practical based on Biological Engineering of Hefei University,hoped to provide reference for personnel training of other colleges of biological and related professional.
