摘 要:目的以品管圈方式建立糖尿病住院患儿规范化医学营养管理模式,并对其营养管理效果进行评价。方法选取2019年7—12月我院糖尿病住院患儿33例为研究对象,采用品管圈的方法,建立糖尿病住院患儿规范化医学营养管理模式,对其进行规范化医学营养管理。结果建立了适用于糖尿病住院患儿的规范化医学营养管理模式并应用于临床;品管圈目标达成率131%,改善幅度66%。结论以品管圈方式促进糖尿病住院患儿规范化医学营养管理模式的建立,可提高糖尿病患儿综合治疗效果。Objective To establish a standardized medical nutrition management model for diabetic hospitalized children with quality control circle and evaluate its effect.Methods A total of 33 cases of hospitalized diabetic children in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the standardized medical nutrition management mode was established with quality control circle(QCC).Results A standardized medical nutrition management model suitable for diabetic hospitalized children was established and applied to the clinic.The targeted achievement rate of QCC was 131%,and the improvement rate was 66%.Conclusion QCC can promote the establishment of standardized medical nutrition management mode for hospitalized diabetic children,which can improve the comprehensive treatment effect of diabetic children.
