摘　　要：目的编制符合我国文化和医疗背景的ICU护士职业死亡回避量表,并检验其信效度。方法基于Papadatou等的医务人员职业死亡回避研究,结合半结构式访谈,通过文献研究和护士小组讨论,形成初始条目池。经专家评定、小样本预调查确定量表初稿。通过问卷星有效回收389份广东省ICU护士填答的问卷。结果ICU护士职业死亡回避量表包含1个维度,共15个条目,累积方差贡献率为61.669%。验证性因子分析显示,量表的模型适配良好(Х^(2)/df=2.884,RMSEA=0.099,CFI=0.929,TLI=0.914,IFI=0.929,NFI=0.896)。量表的平均方差抽取量为0.561,组合信度为0.950。量表的内容效度指数为0.933,条目内容效度指数为0.800~1.000。量表的Cronbachα系数为0.953,Spearman-Brown折半信度系数为0.963。结论ICU护士职业死亡回避量表信效度良好,可用于测评ICU护士的职业死亡回避。Objective To develop a professional death avoidance scale for ICU nurses in line with China’s national condition,and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on Papadatou’s professional death avoidance research of medical staff,combined with semi-structured interviews,literature review and nurse group discussions,the initial item pool of the scale was formed;the draft of the scale was determined by expert evaluation and pre-investigation.A total of 389 valid questionnaires were collected from ICU nurses in Guangdong Province via Wenjuanxing platform.Results The professional death avoidance scale for ICU nurses consisted of 1 dimension and 15 items,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 61.669%.Confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the model fitted well(Х^(2)/df=2.884,RMSEA=0.099,CFI=0.929,TLI=0.914,IFI=0.929,NFI=0.896).The average variance extracted was 0.561,and composite reliability 0.950.Item-level content validity index ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index was 0.933.The Cronbachαcoefficient of the scale was 0.953 and Spearman-Brown split-half reliability coefficient 0.963.Conclusion The professional death avoidance scale for ICU nurses(PDAS-IN)has good reliability and validity,which can be used to measure ICU nurses’professional death avoidance.
