摘 要:石化企业中,常减压装置的负荷调整受到负荷动态特征的影响,使得调整后的拔出率较低,对此,提出基于动力学机理模型的常减压装置负荷自动调整方法。根据常减压装置的工作原理,分析原油蒸馏动力学方程,结合动力学机理模型,设计装置负荷高精度预测模型,利用负荷动态增益参数,识别主要负荷动态特征向量,通过负荷参数融合模型和自适应控制算法,实现负荷自动调整。仿真实验结果表明:该方法应用后,提高了总拔出率,提升了原油利用率,常减压装置负荷自动调整效果得到保证。In petrochemical enterprises,the load adjustment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is affected by the dynamic characteristics of load,resulting in low pull-out rate after adjustment.Therefore,an automatic load adjustment method of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit based on dynamic mechanism model is proposed.According to the working principle of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the kinetic equation of crude oil distillation is analyzed.Combined with the dynamic mechanism model,a high-precision load forecasting model is designed.The main load dynamic eigenvectors are identified by using the load dynamic gain parameters.Automatic load adjustment is realized through the load parameter fusion model and adaptive control algorithm.The simulation results show that after the application of this method,the total extraction rate and crude oil utilization rate are improved,and the automatic load adjustment effect of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is guaranteed.
