摘　　要：国家骨干发射台站,主要从事广播电视节目的传输、发射和覆盖工作。发射台站保障等级要求高、播出责任大、节目受众广,经常涉及“高空、高压、高频”作业,因此,在安全播出管理和设备运行维护中,技术安全管理对安全播出高质量、不间断运行尤为重要。以国家骨干广播电视发射台站发生的典型技术安全事故为例,对安全事故原因进行分析,提出具体整改措施。The national core transmitting station is mainly engaged in the transmission,launch and coverage of radio and television programs.Stations have high requirements for security levels,critical broadcast responsibilities,and a wide audience for programs.They often involve“high altitude,high pressure,and high frequency”operations.Therefore,in safe broadcast management,operation and maintenance,technical safety management is essential for safe broadcasts.High-quality,uninterrupted operation is particularly important.This article takes the typical technical safety accidents that occurred at the national core radio and television transmitting stations as examples,analyzes the causes of the accidents one by one,and proposes specific rectification measures.
