摘  要:为明确预制装配整体式混凝土管廊结构的受力性能,检验管廊结构的设计状态,完成了双仓室管廊节段足尺模型试验,建立管廊结构受力分析的非线性有限元模型,分析了桁架钢筋腹杆构造、腹杆钢筋配筋率、混凝土强度等级等参数对管廊结构受力性能的影响。结果表明:跨厚比为10的大仓室顶板发生了纵筋屈服后的剪切破坏,跨厚比为4.9的小仓室顶板发生了剪切破坏,管廊结构顶板破坏时,各墙板、节点及叠合面工作状态良好,结构设计具有足够的安全储备;桁架钢筋腹杆构造对板件抗弯性能影响甚微,桁架腹杆钢筋的抗剪作用可近似按竖向箍筋计算,就所分析的情形而言,桁架腹杆钢筋配筋率的上限值为1.53%。In order to clarify the mechanical performance and verify the design state of a assembly integrated precast utility tunnel structure,the full-scale segmental model test of the utility tunnel structure with double cells was conducted.The influence of parameters,such as the configuration and ratio of web bars in the truss-type reinforcement in the concrete plates of utility tunnel structure,concrete strength grade,on the mechanical performance of utility tunnel structure was analyzed on the base of the nonlinear finite element model established.The results showed that the roof plate of the large cell with span thickness ratio of 10 failed in shear after yielding of longitudinal reinforcement,and shear failure occurred in the roof plate of the small cell with span thickness ratio of 4.9 in the tested utility tunnel model.When the roof plates of the tested utility tunnel structure were up to their ultimate state,all wall panels,joints and bonding interfaces in the test model were still in good working condition,and the structural design had sufficient safety margin;the configuration and ratio of web bars in the truss-type reinforcement had little influence on the bending performance of the roof plates.The shear-resistant contribution of those web bars in the truss-type reinforcement can be calculated approximately as vertical stirrups,and the maximum reinforcement ratio of the web bars is about 1.5%.
