摘  要:针对我国高速铁路车载设备维修案例知识结构性差、重用率低、维修经验缺少有效存储与检索三大问题,结合高铁设备维修案例多样性,案例知识组成及结构多样性的特点,首先,提出一种基于本体的高速铁路车载设备维修案例知识管理框架;其次,构建一个由五要素组成的高铁车载设备维修案例本体;然后,提出一种本体与CBR相结合的案例检索模型。结果表明:由五要素组成的高铁车载设备维修案例本体可实现一个表示结构化,管理精细化的维修案例库,本体与CBR相结合的案例检索模型提高了案例检索的准确率与案例知识的重用率。最后,通过高铁维修实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明,构建的高铁车载设备维修案例知识管理模型可较好实现案例知识的有效存储及检索,提升了维修知识的共享和重用率。Aiming at the three major problems of China’s high-speed railway equipment maintenance cases of poor structure, low reuse rate, and lack of effective storage and retrieval of maintenance experiences, this article proposes one knowledge management framework for high-speed railway onboard equipment maintenance cases based on characteristics of diversified high-speed railway equipment maintenance cases, case knowledge composition and structure diversity. Secondly, a high-speed railway onboard equipment maintenance case ontology composed of five elements is constructed. Then, a case retrieval model combining ontology and CBR is presented. The results show that the high-speed railway onboard equipment maintenance case ontology composed of five elements can realize a maintenance case database with structured representation and refined management. The case retrieval model combining the ontology and CBR improves the accuracy of case retrieval and reuse rate of case knowledge. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by high-speed railway maintenance cases. The research results prove that the constructed knowledge management model for high-speed railway vehicle equipment maintenance cases can better implement effective storage and retrieval of case knowledge, and improve the sharing and reuse rate of maintenance knowledge.
