摘  要:围绕红外成像系统重要参数最小可分辨温差(MRTD)的测试问题展开研究。首先,介绍了传统MRTD测试方法及测试原理,分析了其存在的缺陷。其次,讨论了两种MRTD客观测试方法以及在此基础上发展的智能测试方法。最后,介绍了国际上两种改进的代替测试方法最小温差接收模型(MTDP)和三角方向识别法(TOD),并分析了各自的优缺点。Testing problems for minimum resolvable temperature difference(MRTD) is discussed, which is an important parameter of infrared imaging systems. At first, traditional testing methods and principles for MRTD are introduced and the shortcomings are analyzed. And then, two objective testing methods and the intelligent testing method developed on this basis are discussed. At last, two improved alternative testing methods such as MTDP and triangle orientation discrimination(TOD) are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed respectively.
