摘 要:目的探讨配体依赖辅助抑制因子(LCoR)、核受体相互作用蛋白1(NRIP1)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及与患者临床病理、预后的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月于江门市新会区妇幼保健院接受手术治疗的124例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象。术中取癌组织及癌旁组织(距肿瘤组织边缘≥5cm),采用免疫组化法检测组织中LCoR、NRIP1表达情况,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析二者表达的相关性,分析二者表达情况与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中LCoR、NRIP1阳性表达率分别为76.61%、81.45%,均高于癌旁组织的27.42%、33.87%(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,宫颈癌组织中LCoR表达与NRIP1表达成正相关(r=0.746,P<0.05);宫颈癌患者癌组织中LCoR、NRIP1的表达与国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤最大直径、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);LCoR、NRIP1阳性表达患者5年生存率分别为54.74%、55.45%,均低于阴性表达患者的79.31%、82.61%(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中LCoR、NRIP1表达水平较高,二者的表达与肿瘤进展和预后有关,LCoR、NRIP1有望成为评估宫颈癌患者预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of ligand-dependent coinhibitory factor(LCoR) and nuclear receptor interaction protein 1(NRIP1) in cervical cancer and their relationship with clinical pathology and prognosis of patients. Methods A total of 124 patients with cervical cancer undergoing surgical resection in Xinhui District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled as the research objects from January 2015 to June 2016. The cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues(≥5 cm from the edge of tumor tissues) were collected during surgery. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of LCoR and NRIP1. Pearson was used to analyze their correlation, and the relationship between the two indexes and clinical pathological characteristics, prognosis of patients. Results The positive expression rates of LCoR and NRIP1 in cervical cancer tissues were 76.61% and 81.45%, higher than those in para-cancerous tissues(27.42%, 33.87%)(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that LCoR was positively correlated with NRIP1 in cervical cancer tissues(r=0.746, P<0.05). LCoR and NRIP1 in cervical cancer tissues were correlated with FIGO staging, invasion depth, the maximum diameter of tumors and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The 5-year survival rates in patients with positive expressions of LCoR and NRIP1 were 54.74% and 55.45%, lower than those with negative expressions(79.31%, 82.61%)(P<0.05). Conclusions The expression levels of LCoR and NRIP1 are higher in cervical cancer tissues. The two indexes are related to the progression and prognosis of malignant tumors. LCoR and NRIP1 are expected to be reference indexes to evaluate prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.
