摘　　要：目的探讨全程规范化护理体系对乳腺癌植入式静脉输液港(IVAP)化疗患者不良反应的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月丽水市中心医院诊治的92例IVAP乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象。经随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用全程规范化护理体系。比较两组化疗依从性、不良反应发生情况、干预前后心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组化疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.69%,低于对照组的23.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组乐观性、坚韧性、力量性等维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程规范化护理体系能提高乳腺癌IVAP化疗患者的化疗依从性,减少不良反应,调节心理状态,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of whole-course standardized nursing system on adverse reactions in breast cancer patients undergoing implantable venous access port(IVAP) chemotherapy. Methods A total of 92 IVAP breast cancer patients treated in Lishui Central Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=46) and control group(n=46) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given whole-process standardized nursing system on this basis. Chemotherapy compliance, adverse reactions, psychological status and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The chemotherapy compliance in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05), and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group(8.69% vs. 23.91%)(P<0.05). After intervention, scores of optimism, resilience and strength in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The whole-course standardized nursing system can improve chemotherapy compliance, reduce adverse reactions, adjust psychological status and improve quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing IVAP chemotherapy.
