摘  要:以遥爪硅烷改性聚合物为主要成膜物质,制备出一种高性能无溶剂防水涂料,通过测试其力学性能、粘结性能、固化状态、施工性及有害物质限量等指标,综合研究了该防水涂料的适宜应用场合、应用方式以及环保特征。结果表明:遥爪聚合物的选用使得该涂料性能优异,可作为独立防水层;聚合物中硅烷结构的存在,不仅改善了涂膜固化后的外观,还提升了与多种基材的粘结性;此外,由于体系中不含溶剂,固含量高,环保性能优异,因而施工体验度好,且无腐蚀风险,与高分子防水卷材复合的相容性好,是涂卷复合的优选搭档。A high-performance solvent-free waterproofing coating is prepared with telechelic silane modified polymer as the main film-forming material.By testing its mechanical property,bonding performance,curing status,constructability and limit of harmful substances,the article studies the suitable application occasions,application methods and environmental protection characteristics of the waterproofing coating.The results show that the coating has excellent performance and can be used as an independent waterproofing layer;the existence of silane structure in the polymer not only improves the appearance of the cured film,but also improves the adhesion with a variety of substrates;in addition,because of no solvent contained in the system,high solid content and excellent environmental protection performance,it has good construction experience,no corrosion risk and good compatibility with polymer waterproofing membrane.It is an optimal partner for composite waterproofing system of coating and membrane.
