摘  要:本研究通过配制不同配比的水泥胶浆,制备了不锈钢板材-水泥胶浆-湿铺防水卷材复合试件,通过剥离强度试验探究了在常规以及老化处理状态下,水泥胶浆对湿铺防水卷材粘结特性的影响。结果表明:水泥胶浆的水化产物与卷材胶层亲水基团发生键合作用,形成纤维网状结构,显著提高了卷材与水泥胶浆的剥离强度,卷材与结构主体形成稳定持久的满粘密封效果。当水泥胶浆的水∶灰∶胶粉配制比例为0.4∶1∶(0.002~0.003)时,湿铺防水卷材与结构主体的粘结特性最佳。Composite test-pieces of stainless steel plate,cement slurry and wet-laid waterproofing membrane are prepared with cement slurry of different formulations.The influence of cement slurry on the bonding performance of wet-laid waterproofing membrane under conventional condition and aging treatment is explored through peeling strength test.The results show that the hydration products of cement slurry bond with the hydrophilic groups of the membrane adhesive layer to form a fiber network structure,which significantly improves the peeling strength between the membrane and cement slurry,and forms a stable and lasting full adhesion sealing effect between the membrane and the main body of the structure.When the ratio of water :cement :rubber powder is 0.4∶1∶(0.002~0.003),the bonding performance between wet-laid waterproofing membrane and the main body of the structure is the best.
