新型涂卷复合系统在丝路新贸易创新中心项目侧墙防水中的应用

摘　　要：常用的非固化涂料复合SBS改性沥青卷材的防水方案,立面应用存在涂料流挂导致上部涂层厚度不够、卷材因厚重与粘结力不够易脱落、涂料与卷材相容性差等问题,采用"水性抗滑移防水涂料+改性沥青自粘卷材"组成的新型涂卷复合系统可以解决这些弊端。本文介绍了该新型涂卷复合系统在丝路新贸易创新中心项目地下室侧墙防水中的应用。For the common composite waterproofing scheme of non-solidified coating and SBS modified bitumen membrane,there are some problems in facade application,such as insufficient thickness of upper coating caused by coating sagging;easy falling off of membrane due to its mass and insufficient adhesion;poor compatibility between coating and membrane etc.The new composite system composed of "waterborne anti-slip waterproofing coating + modified bitumen self-adhesive membrane"can solve these disadvantages.This paper introduces the application of the new composite system in the basement side wall waterproofing of the Silk Road New Trade Innovation Center.
