摘  要:林芝凤仙花是中国西藏特有植物,可作为地区特色观赏植物进行开发。为寻找一种高效的人工培育技术,本试验在保护地条件下,以一年生林芝凤仙花为材料,研究了不同浓度NAA(α-萘乙酸)对林芝凤仙花扦插繁殖效果的影响。试验结果表明:(1)林芝凤仙花是扦插易生根类型植物,能在节部和节间生根,但以节部生根为主。(2)林芝凤仙花插穗的取材部位以顶稍为好;无激素处理下,顶稍插穗的扦插成活率能够达到70%。(3)使用NAA处理林芝凤仙花插穗后,能够提高其扦插成活率,以及生根数量和根长。其中,顶稍插穗以10mg·kg^(-1)浓度的NAA浸泡4h较好,成活率能够达到100%,平均生根数能够达到15.00条/枝;茎段插穗以15 mg·kg^(-1)浓度的NAA浸泡4 h较好,成活率能够达到80%,平均生根数能够达到9.50条/枝。Impatiens lingzhiensis is a plant endemic to Tibet of China and can be developed as a regional characteristic ornamental plant.In order to find an efficient artificial cultivation technique,this experiment used annual I.linghziensis as the material to study the effect of different concentrations of NAA(α-naphthylacetic acid)on the cutting propagation effect of Nyingchi impatiens.The results showed that I.linghziensis was easy to root from cuttings,which could take root in the nodes and internodes,but it was mainly rooted at nodes.The top cuttings were the best place for cuttings,where under no hormone treatment,the cutting survival rate of top cuttings reached 70%.After using NAA to treat the cuttings of I.linghziensis,it improved the survival rate of cuttings,as well as the number of roots and root length.Among them,for top-cuttings,the best effect was found by soaking in 10 mg·kg^(-1) NAA for 4 h,where the survival rate reached 100%and the average rooting number reached 15.00 per branch.In addition to stem-cuttings,the best effect was found by soaking in 15 mg·kg^(-1) NAA for 4 h,in which the survival rate reached 80%and the average rooting number reached 9.50 per branch.
