摘　　要：能源化工作为我国的支柱行业,全产业链与绿色循环化工将成为主要发展方向,由于诸多因素影响我国能源化工仍面临能耗高、污染重的现象,与欧美发达国家相比,我国产业链单一、产品附加价值低、排放物处理效果差等因素依然较为严峻。在此背景下,有必要分析当前能源化工产业的现状、面临的困境,找出制约产业内部发展的关键性因素,探索构建现代能源化工产业高质量发展对策,发挥其对经济增长的影响。本文以中国天然气化工的发源地—泸州为例,深入分析了泸州市能源化工产业发展现状,剖析了能源化工面临的困境,结合地方优势和产业特色,探讨了构建现代能源化工产业高质量发展的措施,为资源集中区能源化工经济可持续发展提供了参考。As a pillar industry in China,the whole industrial chain and green recycling chemical industry will become the main development direction.Due to many factors,China's energy and chemical industry still faces the phenomenon of high energy consumption and heavy pollution.Compared with European and American developed countries,China's industrial chain is single,the added value of products is low,and the treatment effect of emissions is poor.In this context,it is necessary to analyze the current situation and difficulties of the energy and chemical industry,find out the key factors restricting the internal development of the industry,explore and build high-quality development countermeasures of modern energy and chemical industry,and give full play to its impact on economic growth.Taking Luzhou,the birthplace of China's natural gas chemical industry,as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the development status of energy chemical industry in Luzhou,analyzes the difficulties faced by energy chemical industry,and discusses the measures to build a high-quality development of modern energy chemical industry in combination with local advantages and industrial characteristics,so as to provide a reference for the sustainable development of energy chemical economy in resource concentrated areas.
