摘  要:塔里木油田HD区块温度110~140℃;地层水密度1.15 g/m^(3),矿化度22.6×10^(4)mg/L,是典型的高温高盐边际油藏。通过评价内源解烃菌产生驱油剂和降解原油的能力、岩心驱替增油效率、生物驱油剂与化学驱油剂复配驱油效果评价,探讨生化驱油工艺体系在HD区块提高采收率的可行性。从目的区块采集到油水样,通过富集培养、初筛、复筛得到高产生物表面活性剂的菌株15H07,经形态观察、生理生化特征及16S rRNA序列分析,鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。经红外光谱分析确定该菌株所产的生物表面活性剂为脂肽类表面活性剂。与化学驱油剂复配,得到HDS-2复配体系;在填砂管和岩心物模两个水平上进行驱油实验,结果表明当HDS-2复配体系浓度升高至0.25%时水驱采收率的增值可以升高至22.06%;当注入量为0.5 PV时,HDS-2体系水驱提高采收率的增值达到了17.20%。通过室内实验优化设计,确定HDS-2体系的最佳注入量为0.5 PV,最佳注入质量分数为0.25%,该体系显现良好的应用潜力,为高温高盐边际油藏提供了参考依据。The temperature of HD block in Tarim oilfield is 110~140℃,the formation water density is 1.15 g/m^(3),the salinity is 22.6×10^(4)mg/L,and it is a typical ultra-high temperature and ultra-high salinity marginal reservoir.By evaluating the ability of the endogenous hydrocarbon-solubilizing bacteria to produce oil-displacing agent and degrade crude oil,the efficiency of increasing oil by core displacement,and the effect of the combination of biological oil-displacing agent and chemical oil-displacing agent,the feasibility of enhanced oil recovery(EOR)in HD block by bio-chemical oil displacement technology system is discussed.The strain 15H07 with high biological surfactant was obtained from oil and water samples collected from the target area by enrichment culture,primary screening and secondary screening.It was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis.The surfactant produced by the strain was identified as lipopeptide surfactant by infrared spectrum analysis.The results show that the enhanced oil recovery(EOR)of water flooding can increase to 22.06% when the concentration of HDS-2 compound system increases to 0.25%.When the injection concentration is 0.5 PV,the enhanced oil recovery of HDS-2 system by water flooding can reach 17.20%.The optimal injection volume and injection mass fraction of HDS-2 system are 0.5 PV and 0.25% respectively.The system shows good application potential and provides a reference for ultra-high temperature and ultra-high salinity marginal reservoirs.
