摘 要:针对渤海某油田部分注水井修井及调剖作业后聚合物滞留导致常规酸化解堵效果不佳的问题,从聚合物污染机理出发提出采用弱氧化复合解堵措施对注水井进行解堵,通过岩心驱替等室内实验,研制出一种针对聚合物污染的弱氧化解堵剂PO-01,实验表明,4%PO-01可使0.8%HPAM黏度降低99.95%。该技术已经在现场应用6井次,措施后视吸水指数较措施前平均增加1.58倍,证明了弱氧化复合解堵技术能有效解除聚合物污染。In order to solve the problem of poor plugging removal effect caused by polymer retention after workover and profile control in some water injection wells in Bohai oilfield,based on the mechanism of polymer pollution,a compound weak oxidizing and acidizing measure was proposed to remove the plugging in water injection wells.Through laboratory experiments such as core displacement,a weak oxidizing blocking remover PO-01 was developed for polymer damaged injection wells,and its performance was evaluated.It was found that 4% PO-01 could reduce the viscosity of 0.8% HPAM by 99.95%.The technology was applied to six water injection wells.The apparent water injectivity index increased by 1.58 times compared with that before measures,which fully demonstrates that the compound weak oxidizing and acidizing technology can effectively remove the polymer damage of injection wells.
