摘  要:为了解决边/底水油藏水平井边底水锥进,油水界面逐年抬升,控水困难以及传统的ICD、AICD智能控水技术无法满足整个开发过程中的控水要求等难题,充分发挥水平井产能优势,高效开发边底水油藏,提出了C-AICD+抑制体新型智能控水技术。C-AICD结合了ICD早期平衡油水界面和AICD晚期抑制高含水层段的优势,实现了生产过程中全寿命自动控水;通过轻质抑制体充填环空,实现了无需下入封隔器就能实现分段控水的目标。在涠洲A油田现场应用情况表明,该智能控水技术作业安全、时效高,相比于预测含水率77.6%降低了28.6%,控水效果显著。与常规控水技术相比,实现了无极限隔离与精细化调控,防止了流体环空串流,极大提高了控水效果。In order to solve the problem of edge/bottom water coning in horizontal wells,the oil-water interface is rising year by year,water control is difficult,and traditional ICD and AICD intelligent water control technologies cannot meet the water control requirements in the entire development process.The productivity advantage of flat wells,the efficient development of edge and bottom water reservoirs,and the new intelligent water control technology of C-AICD+inhibitors are proposed.C-AICD combines the advantages of balancing the oil-water interface in the early stage of ICD and suppressing the high water-bearing zone in the late stage of AICD,realizing automatic water control throughout the life of the production process and filling the annulus with a lightweight inhibitor,realizing no need to install a packer.It can achieve the goal of segmented water control.The field application in A oilfield in Weizhou shows that the intelligent water control technology is safe to operate and has high time efficiency.Compared with the predicted water cut of 77.6%,it is reduced by 28.6%,and the water control effect is significant.Compared with the conventional water control technology,it realizes unlimited isolation and fine control,prevents the fluid from flowing in the annulus,and greatly improves the water control effect.
