摘　　要：部分油井生产后期需要对过路油层进行上返补孔,寻找潜力砂体。而由于有些油井套管外固井质量不满足射孔要求而导致无法实现补孔。通过使用MSPT自愈合微膨胀封窜技术挤入堵剂对上返层井段套管外环空进行封堵补救,使管外固井质量差的补孔井段能满足封固要求,达到正常补孔生产的目的。该封窜技术在渤海油田首次成功应用,为类似油气井顺利实施上返补孔提供技术支撑,在海上油田后期生产中有广阔的应用前景。The potential sand body is found by reperforating the reservoir upwards in the late production period of some oil wells.However,it is impossible to reperforate the reservoir upwards because the cementing quality of some oil well casings does not meet the requirements of perforation.Through the use of MSPT(Micro Self-healing Plugging Technology),plugging agent is used to plug the outer annulus of the casings at the upwards going interval so that the upwards reperforated interval with poor cementing quality can meet the plugging requirements and achieve normal production.This MSPT has been successfully applied in Bohai oilfield for the first time,providing technical support for smooth upward reperforation in similar oil and gas wells.MSPT has broad prospects of applications in the later production of offshore oilfields.
