摘 要:姬塬油田H油藏位于陕北斜坡中西部,为典型的低渗透区块,主力层长6储层非均质性强。目前主要有常规偏心、桥式同心、地面分注、同心双管分注等5种分注工艺。通过分析分注测调遇阻情况,对5种分注工艺的工艺原理、管柱结构、技术参数进行了介绍,并评价了在不同的井况、不同注入介质中的适应性。经过现场试验,表明地面分注在两层清水分注井中应用较好,桥式同心分注在大斜度多层分注井应用较好,配套电缆测调技术,实现了中心通道免投捞作业。同心双管分注有效避免了频繁遇阻井井下测调遇阻风险,实现了单层配注全天候达标,适用于两层注水的注采出水井,对缓解H油藏油藏剖面矛盾具有重要意义。H reservoir of Jiyuan oilfield is located in the central and western part of northern Shaanxi slope.It is a typical low permeability block,and the reservoir of Chang 6 has strong heterogeneity.There are 5 kinds of separate injection processes at present,such as conventional eccentric separate injection,bridge concentric separate injection,ground separate injection and concentric double-pipe separate injection.Based on the analysis of the blocking situation of separate injection test and adjustment,the technological principle,pipe string structure and technical parameters of five separate injection processes are introduced,and their adaptability in different well conditions and injection media is evaluated.The field test shows that the ground separate injection is better applied in the two-layer clean water injection well,and the bridge concentric separate injection is better applied in the multi-layer clean water injection well with large inclination,realizing free fishing operation of the central channel by cable efficient test and adjustment technology.The concentric double-pipe separate injection efficiently avoids the risk of resistance in downhole survey and adjustment of frequent resistance wells,and measures the quantity of single-layer injection in time.It is suitable for two-layer produced water injection,which is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction of reservoir profile in H reservoir.
