摘 要:目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合麻醉患者应用地佐辛预防术后痛觉过敏的效果。方法84例行腹部手术治疗的患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组及实验组,每组42例。两组均给予瑞芬太尼复合麻醉,实验组于手术完成前应用地佐辛,常规组于手术完成前不应用地佐辛。比较两组麻醉相关指标,术后疼痛程度,不良反应发生情况。结果两组苏醒时间、拔管时间、自主呼吸时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,实验组的疼痛程度轻于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=7.553,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率4.8%低于常规组的19.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合麻醉患者于手术完成前应用地佐辛,能够预防患者在术后出现疼痛过敏,有效减轻疼痛感,促进术后恢复,适宜深入研究与推广。Objective To discuss the effect of dezocine in preventing postoperative hyperalgesia following remifentanil-based anesthesia.Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given remifentanil-based anesthesia,and diazoxide was applied in the experimental group before the completion of the surgery,while no diazoxide was applied in the conventional group before the completion of the surgery.The anesthesia-related indexes,postoperative pain level,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in recovery time,extubation time,and spontaneous breathing time between the two groups(P>0.05).After the surgery,the pain degree of the experimental group was lighter than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=7.553,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.8% lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of dezocine before the completion of the surgery can prevent patients from postoperative hyperalgesia,and can effectively reduce pain,and promote postoperative recovery,which is suitable for in-depth research and promotion.
