摘  要:高温平板热管作为传热元件,可用于各种非均匀热流载荷条件下的热疏导。针对局部热工况下高温平板热管蒸发端的流动传热进行数值模拟研究,获得了金属纤维毡压紧厚度、吸液芯结构、热源位置和进口温度等参数对蒸发端温度分布的影响规律。结果表明:所建立的模型可以较好地预测平板热管的温度分布,模拟值与实验值的误差均在6%以内;通过合理选择金属纤维毡压紧厚度与优化吸液芯结构可以改善热管的均温性能;当热源位于平板热管中部时可以获得比两端更好的均温性能;平板热管与适当的冷却方式相结合可以更好地强化热管的均温性能。As a heat transfer element,the high temperature flat heat pipe can be used for heat dissipation under various non-uniform heat flow load conditions.According to the numerical simulation of the flow heat transfer at the evaporator of the high-temperature flat heat pipe under local heating conditions,the influence of the parameters such as the thickness of the metal felt,the structure of the wick,the position of the heat source and the inlet temperature on the temperature distribution at the evaporator is obtained.The results show that the established model can better predict the temperature distribution of the flat heat pipe,and the relative error between the simulated value and the experimental value is within 6%.The homogenization performance of heat pipe can be improved by selecting the proper thickness of metal fiber felt and optimizing the structure of suction core.When the local hot spot is located in the middle of the flat heat pipe,better uniform temperature performance can be obtained than the hot spots on both sides,the combination of the flat heat pipe and a good cooling method can better enhance the average temperature performance of the heat pipe.
