摘 要:为了完善滚珠丝杠副可靠性增长体系,根据滚珠丝杠副磨损与摩擦力矩的相关性,分析摩擦力矩变动量对可靠性的影响,基于滚珠丝杠副小批量生产且运行故障少的情况建立小样本可靠性增长评估计算模型。提出一种滚珠丝杠副可靠性增长试验方法,对摩擦力矩优化前后不同厂家的国产滚珠丝杠副进行可靠性增长试验研究。结果表明,减小摩擦力矩变动量促使滚珠丝杠副MTBF(平均故障间隔时间)得到明显提升;同时,对比预紧力以及行程误差退化速率发现,摩擦力矩变动量越小,磨损速率越慢,进而验证了可靠性增长试验中控制摩擦力矩变动量的必要性。In order to improve the reliability growth system of ball screw,it analyzes influence of friction torque variation on the reliability according to the correlation between the wear of ball screw and friction torque.Based on the small batch production and few operating failures of ball screw,a small sample ball screw reliability growth evaluation calculation model is established.The reliability growth test method is proposed and ball screw pairs before and after friction torque optimization of domestic manufacturers A and B are used for reliability growth test.The test results show that reducing the friction torque variation promotes a significant increase in MTBF(mean time between failures)of ball screw.Meanwhile,comparing the degradation rate of preload and stroke error,it is found that the smaller friction torque variation,the slower wear rate,which verifies the necessity of controlling the friction torque variation in ball screw reliability growth test.
