摘 要:为了更加准确地评估钢桥面板的疲劳性能,提出基于热点应力法的钢桥面板疲劳分析及验算方法。该方法针对所分析的正交异性钢桥面板,首先利用有限元软件建立桥面系模型,然后采用热点应力法得到验算部位的应力历程,最后根据泄水法计算相应的热点应力幅并进行疲劳验算。以某三塔四跨双层钢桁梁悬索桥为例,针对该桥采用的正交异性钢桥面板,利用本文提出的方法开展了钢桥面板疲劳有限元分析及验算。结果表明:对于所选取的4种钢桥面板典型疲劳细节,其最大应力幅均低于对应的常幅疲劳极限,说明该桥采用的正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳性能满足设计要求。In order to evaluate the fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge deck more accurately,a fatigue analysis and assessment method based on hot spot stress method is proposed.In this method,a bridge deck model is firstly established using finite element software,and then the hot spot stress method is used to obtain the stress history of the fatigue detail.Finally,the corresponding hot spot stress amplitude is calculated according to the drainage method and fatigue assessment is carried out.Taking a three-tower,four-span suspension bridge with double-deck steel truss girders as an example,finite element analysis and fatigue performance assessment of the steel bridge deck are carried out using the method proposed in this paper.The results show that the maximum stress amplitude of the four selected typical fatigue details of the steel deck is lower than the fatigue limit of the corresponding normal amplitude,indicating that the fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel deck used in the bridge meets the design requirements.
