摘  要:经抗震设计的在役立式储罐在强震作用下会发生严重破坏,为了降低服役期内储罐的地震响应,借鉴已有储罐简化力学模型研究成果,在液固耦合质量处附加形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,SMA)耗能阻尼器,同时考虑土与结构相互作用,建立简化分析力学模型,给出运动方程,对储罐的地震响应(基底剪力、基底弯矩、位移、加速度)进行参数影响分析。计算结果表明:附加SMA阻尼器能够有效降低储罐的基底剪力、基底弯矩、液固耦合质量的位移和绝对加速度;场地条件对阻尼器减震效果有影响;SMA棒根数不同,减震效果不同,储罐减震设计要视设计安全和造价决定SMA棒根数。The seismic design of the vertical storage tank in service will be seriously damaged under the action of strong earthquake.In order to reduce the seismic response of storage tanks during the service period,the existing simplified mechanical model research results of storage tanks were used for reference,and an energy dissipation damper of Shape Memory Alloy(SMA)was added to the liquid-solid coupling mass,while the interaction between soil and structure was considered.A simplified analytical mechanics model was established,the motion equation was given,and the influence of parameters on the seismic response(base shear,base bending moment,displacement and acceleration)of the storage tank was analyzed.The results show that the additional SMA damper can effectively reduce the base shear,base bending moment,displacement and absolute acceleration of the liquid-solid coupling mass of the storage tank.The site condition has an influence on the damping effect of the damper.The number of SMA rods is different,and the damping effect is different.The number of SMA rods should be determined according to the design safety and cost of the storage tank.
