摘 要:台风具有较强的非平稳性,在短时间内平均风速可能发生急速的增加或者减小,这种阵风特性在风速加速时近似于短时阶跃加载,极有可能造成较多的配电线路电杆损毁。结合福建沿海配电线路电杆损毁形态,对台风阵风作用下输电线路电杆破坏情况进行了受力分析。分析时,采用福建台风重现期风速及对应的风剖面系数考虑沿电杆高度分布的静力荷载;基于谐波合成法生成了考虑台风强湍流影响下的脉动风时程;最后以阶跃荷载方式对电杆施加台风极值风速作用下的动静力时程荷载,并分析电杆各高度截面处的荷载峰值弯矩与抗弯弯矩。结果表明,在考虑台风阶跃荷载作用后,电杆也有可能在基底以上1~2 m处发生截面抗弯能力失效破坏。Typhoon has strong non-stationarity,and the average wind speed may increase or decrease rapidly in a short time.This gust characteristic is similar to short-term step loading when the wind speed accelerates,which is very likely to cause more damage to distribution line poles.Combined with the damage pattern of the poles of the distribution lines along the coast of Fujian,the force analysis of the poles of the transmission lines under the action of typhoon gusts is carried out.In the analysis,the wind speed of Fujian typhoon return period and the corresponding wind profile coefficient are used to consider the static load along the height of the pole;based on the harmonic synthesis method,the fluctuating wind time history considering the influence of typhoon strong turbulence is generated;Finally,based on the equivalent static load of the static and dynamic effects,the typhoon extreme load is applied to the pole in the form of step load,and the peak load moment and bending moment at each height section of the pole are analyzed.The results show that the bending capacity failure of the pole may occur 1~2 m above the base after considering the typhoon step load.
