摘  要:为提高异形柱节点的装配效率并降低成本,对预制混凝土异形柱-钢梁节点构造进行优化,进行了6个单向拉伸试件的拉伸试验和1个梁柱节点试件的抗震性能试验。分析了节点区外包钢套厚度以及外包钢套内的构造如锚固钢筋截面面积、设置对拉钢筋等因素对节点承载力和破坏模式的影响;得到了梁柱节点试件滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力、刚度退化等抗震指标。试验结果表明:外包钢套内侧布置锚固钢筋的构造措施能有效地防止外包钢套变形,锚固钢筋强度不足将导致节点提前破坏;梁柱节点试件滞回曲线较为饱满呈弓形;能量耗散系数最大值为1.4;延性系数为1.95;峰值荷载时刚度约为初始刚度的50%,抗震性能良好。通过对节点受力传力机理分析,基于塑性铰线法得到了适用于本文的承载力公式。In order to improve the assembly efficiency and reduce the cost of special-shaped column joints,this paper optimized the structure of precast concrete special-shaped column-steel beam joints,conducted tensile tests of 6 one-way tensile specimens and seismic performance test of 1 beam-column joint specimen.The influence of the thickness of the outer steel sheath in the joint area and the structure inside the outer steel sheath,such as the section area of the anchoring reinforcement and the setting on the tensile reinforcement,on the bearing capacity and failure mode of the joint is analyzed.The aseismic indexes such as hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation of beam-column joint specimens are obtained.The test results show that the structural measures of anchoring reinforcement arranged inside the outer steel sleeve can effectively prevent the deformation of the outer steel sleeve,and the insufficient strength of the anchorage reinforcement will lead to the joint failure in advance.The hysteretic curve of the beam-column joint specimen is full and arched.The maximum energy dissipation coefficient is 1.4;ductility coefficient is1.95;under peak load,the stiffness is about 50%of the initial stiffness and has good seismic performance.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of joint force transmission,the bearing capacity formula suitable for this paper is obtained based on the plastic hinge line method.
