中药硬膏穴位贴敷治疗阿片类药物所致便秘疗效评价

摘　　要：目的研究应用阿片类药物过程中出现便秘症状的患者采用中药硬膏穴位贴敷方案进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年7月—2020年7月在医院就诊的应用阿片类药物治疗期间出现便秘症状的患者120例,以随机分组的方式将其分成对照组和治疗组,平均每组60例。对照组采用乳果糖保留灌肠方案进行治疗;治疗组采用乳果糖保留灌肠联合中药硬膏穴位贴敷方案进行治疗。对比两组便秘症状控制总有效率、排便情况恢复正常时间和住院总时间、不良反应情况、治疗前后生活质量、心理状态、睡眠质量评分。结果治疗组患者便秘症状控制总有效率高于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);排便情况恢复正常时间和住院总时间短于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率少于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后生活质量、心理状态、睡眠质量指数的改善幅度大于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阿片类药物过程中出现便秘症状的患者采用中药硬膏穴位贴敷方案进行治疗,可以大幅度改善睡眠质量和生活质量,帮助患者保持良好心理状态,减少不良反应,在短时间内恢复排便状态,缩短住院时间,使病情控制效果得到显著提升。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese herbal plaster on patients with constipation during opioid application.Methods A total of 120 patients with constipation during opioid treatment in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with an average of 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose retention enema;the treatment group was treated with lactulose retention enema combined with acupoint application of traditional Chincse medicine ointment.The total effectiverate of constipation symptom control,defecation recovery time,total hospitalization time,adverse reactions.quality of life before and after treatment,psychological state and sleep quality scores were comparedbetween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of constipationsymptom control in the treatment group was higher than that in thecontrol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of defecation and the total length of hospitalization in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction was less than thatof the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement range of quality of life,mental state and sleep quality score before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with constipation symptoms during the application of opioids can be treated by acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine plaster,which can greatly improve the quality of sleep and life,help patients maintain a good psychological state,reduce adverse reactions.recover defecation in a short time,shorten the length of hospital stay,and significantly improve the effect of disease control.
