ERAS理念在单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除患者围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨研究快速康复外科理念(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念在单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除患者围手术期护理中的应用对患者疼痛的减轻作用。方法本次研究所选取的60例行单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除手术治疗患者均以抽签模式进行抽选,将其平均分成观察组和对照组。对照组选择常规康复护理,观察组选择加速康复外科理念(ERAS)进行干预,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组对应值(96.67%>73.33%);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组对应值(6.67%<26.67%);观察组疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分均优于对照组对应值;观察组围术期相关指标均优于对照组对应值,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERAS理念在单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除患者围手术期护理中的应用,不仅能有效地降低患者身体疼痛感,还有助于降低术后并发症发生率,加快其康复进程,改善患者消极情绪,减少治疗费用,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy on alleviating pain.Methods In this study,a total of 60 patients who underwent single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was chosen routine rehabilitation nursing,the observation group was chosen the idea of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)to intervene,and compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%>73.33%),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(6.67%<26.67%).The scores of pain and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the perioperative related indexes were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS concept in perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy can not only effectively reduce the patients'physical pain,but also help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,speed up the process of rehabilitation and improve the patients'negative emotions,reduce the cost of treatment and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
