摘 要:目的以近共晶Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg合金为研究对象,对加入了Al-Ti-C-B晶种合金的Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg合金的微观组织和力学性能进行分析。方法利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、数显布氏硬度计和万能拉伸试验机等研究Al-Ti-C-B晶种合金对该合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。利用Al-Ti-C-B晶种合金中的陶瓷颗粒对Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg合金进行强化,同时晶种合金中的粒子作为Al-Si多元合金中α-Al的有效形核衬底,可细化α-Al晶粒,并改善Al-Si多元合金中化合物的分布。结果加入质量分数为0.5%的Al-Ti-C-B晶种合金后,Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg合金中的α-Al得到细化,合金中的Si相和耐热相粒子分布更加均匀,同时力学性能明显提高,高温抗拉强度和室温抗拉强度分别提高了约12.1%和5.3%。结论适量添加Al-Ti-C-B晶种合金可有效改善Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg合金中耐热相的分布,使耐热相分布更为均匀,可进一步提高合金的力学性能。The work aims to take Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg alloy as object to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg alloy added with Al-Ti-C-B seed alloy. The effects of Al-Ti-C-B seed alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were researched with metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,bushing hardness tester, universal tensile testing machine, etc. The Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg alloy was strengthened by ceramic particles in the Al-Ti-C-B seed alloy. Meanwhile, the particles in the seed alloy served as an effective nucleation substrate for α-Al in the Al-Si multi-component alloy, refining α-Al grains and improving the distribution of compounds in the Al-Si multi-component alloy. The results showed that after adding 0.5% Al-Ti-C-B seed alloy, α-Al in Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1Mg alloy was refined, the distribution of Si phase and heat-resistant phase particles in the alloy was more uniform, and the mechanical properties were obviously improved. The tensile strength at high temperature and room temperature were increased by about 12.1% and 5.3% respectively. Adding proper amount of Al-Ti-C-B seed alloy can effectively improve the distribution of heat-resistant phase in Al-12Si-4Cu-2Ni-1 Mg alloy, make the distribution of heat-resistant phase more uniform, and further improve the mechanical properties of the alloy.
