摘  要:[目的]研究一串红种子萌发期的耐盐性,为其在园林绿化中更科学有效地应用提供参考。[方法]对一串红种子进行不同质量分数的Na Cl盐溶液处理,观察萌发进程,测定了相对发芽势、相对发芽率、胚芽长、胚根长等指标,计算了盐害指数。[结果]盐胁迫对一串红种子萌发有一定抑制作用,一串红的种子只对低浓度的盐胁迫有一定抗性。[结论]一串红种子可以在低盐害土壤中直接播种,而不适宜在长期用再生水灌溉的土壤或较高盐害土壤中直播。[Objective]The aim was to understand the tolerance of Salvia splendens seeds under salt stress.[Method]The research was focused on the analysis of the seeds germination after various concentration of NaCl treatment,with the control group of water treatment.[Result]The seed relative germination potential,relative germination rate,seedling height and root length decreased and the inhibition effect increased when NaCl concentration increased.[Conclusion]The seeds were stress-tolerant under low concentration of NaCl treatment.This suggested that Salvia splendens seeds could be extended in low salinity damaged land.
