摘　　要：梯级水电之间存在高度耦合的时空水力联系,并且由于在流域中所处位置和调节能力多不同,各水电厂市场竞争力和报价灵活性出现较大差异,加大了现货市场投标的难度和风险。报价单元的组建有利于抵抗风险,但合作对象的选取是关键。针对梯级水电现货报价单元组建问题,该研究以径流调蓄关系为依托,引入“虚拟水库”一词,构建了基于“虚拟水库”组建梯级水电现货报价单元的方法,并设计了完整的竞价流程。以24点市场为背景,基于购电、售电双方利益诉求建立了双层模拟模型,最后以四川省某流域“一库三级”梯级水电构建报价单元进行报价模拟,结果表明以“虚拟水库”报价单元参与市场可以提升各成员的市场份额,扩大报价空间,降低市场风险,提升市场净收益,同时降低用户购电成本。验证了基于“虚拟水库”组建报价单元的科学性和正确性。There is a highly coupled space-time hydraulic connection between cascade hydropower plants,and due to the different locations in the basin and adjustment capabilities,the market competitiveness and quotation flexibility of various hydropower plants vary greatly,which increases the difficulty and risk of bidding in the spot market.Participating in the market with quotation units is beneficial to resist risks,but how to choose partners is very important.Based on runoff connections in the basin,this paper introduced the concept of"virtual reservoir"and put forward a new spot quotation unit construction method of cascade hydropower,then designed a complete bidding process in the spot market for the quotation unit.A two-layer simulation model was established based on the interests of both power purchase and sales.Finally,a case study was carried out with a cascade hydropower quotation unit in a river basin in Sichuan Province.The results show that participating in the market with a“virtual reservoir”quotation unit can increase the market share of each member,expand the quotation space,reduce market risks,increase net income,and at the same time reduce the purchase cost of electricity,which verifies the scientificity and correctness of the quotation unit based on the“virtual reservoir”.
