局部注射干扰素α-1b联合肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗阴道内尖锐湿疣1例

摘　　要：患者女,18岁,阴道内出现数个肿物2月有余,肿物逐渐长大、增多,无自觉症状。1个月前于某专科医院就诊,诊断为尖锐湿疣,并接受局部激光与红外治疗10 d,部分疣体消失后不久复发且增多,后于我院就诊。专科检查:患者阴道分泌物不多,阴道壁两侧可见数十个增生的黏膜同色疣体,表面湿润呈颗粒状,多数疣体融合黏连。宫颈口可见一增生性斑块,界限不清,微红润。诊断:尖锐湿疣。治疗:干扰素α-1b疣体基底部注射配合阴道内用,联合肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液,达到临床治愈。随访6个月未见复发。A 18-year-old female presented with several lumps in her vagina for more than two months.The lumps gradually grew and increased with no symptoms.She was diagnosed with condyloma acuminate in a specialist hospital.After receiving local laser and infrared treatment for 10 days, some warts disappeared and then recurred and increased.Later, she was admitted to Northeast International Hospital for treatment.Specialist examination showed that the patient′s vaginal secretions were not much, and dozens of hyperplastic mucosal warts of the same color could be seen on both sides of the vaginal wall.The surface was moist and granular, and most of the warts are fused and adhered.A hyperplastic plaque can be seen on the cervix with unclear boundaries and slightly ruddy.The patient was diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum.Treatment: Interferon α-1 b was used for wart base injection and vaginal use, combined with intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection to achieve clinical cure.No recurrence was found in the follow-up for 6 months.
