头皮多发性寻常疣1例  

Multiple Verruca Vulgaris of Scalp:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,21岁。右手拇指丘疹4个月,头皮丘疹1个月。皮肤科情况:右手拇指背侧见两颗丘疹,枕部头皮散在多个肤色丘疹,呈圆形,绿豆至黄豆大小,表面角化,无糜烂、渗出。头部皮损组织病理:表皮乳头状增生伴角化过度、角化不全,颗粒层增生,可见大量挖空细胞和不均匀嗜碱性颗粒。结合临床及病理检查诊断:多发性寻常疣。给予注射用人干扰素α-1b注射液30μg肌肉注射,隔日1次,连续1个月,外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,2次/d。2周后头皮丘疹开始消退,3个月后完全消失。随诊中,无复发。A 21-year-old male present with rashes on right thumb for four months and scalp rashes for one month. Dermatological examination showed that two papules were appeared on the dorsal side of the right thumb, and multiple flesh-colored papules in round shape, with the size ranging from mung bean to soybean volume scattered on the occipital scalp. The lesion surface was keratinized, without erosion or exudation. Histopathology showed hyperkeratosis of epidermis, hyperplasia of granular layer, acanthosis, and numerous koilocytes. Combined with clinical datas and pathological examinations, multiple verruca vulgaris was diagnosed. Human Interferon α-1 b for intramuscular injection 30 μg on every other day was given for one month, and human interferon α-2 b gel for external use was applied twice a day. Scalp papules began to subside two weeks after treatment and completely disappeared after three months. There was no recurrence during the follow-up.
