摘 要:针对目前国内磨料磨具行业中陶瓷砂轮加工线自动化水平和生产效率低下的现状,提出了一套能够实现陶瓷砂轮自动加工的成套装备建设方案。为提高陶瓷砂轮的加工效率、降低人工成本,在确定关键加工设备改造方案,转运和移位等非标装置自动化集成方案的基础上,实现了砂轮上线、加工、检查、包装的全过程自动化。Aiming at the present situation of the automation level and low production efficiency of the grinding wheel processing line in the abrasives and abrasives tools industry,a set of complete equipment construction plan to realize the automatic processing of ceramic grinding wheels is proposed in this paper.The paper not only puts forward the transformation scheme of key processing equipment,the automation integration scheme of non-standard devices such as transfer and shift,and provides an optimization scheme for realizing the automation of the whole process of grinding wheel on-line,processing,inspection and packaging,but also puts forward the transformation scheme of key processing equipment and the automation integration scheme of non-standard devices such as transfer and shift,The optimization scheme is provided for realizing the automation of the whole process of grinding wheel on-line,processing,inspection and packaging.The research of this paper has great meaning of improving the machining efficiency and reducing labor costs.
