摘 要:汽车行业普遍使用电镀工艺装饰产品外观,增加汽车零部件的硬度及抗腐蚀性。电镀作为一门重要的工业加工技术,其中的每个环节都至关重要。通过阐述电镀工艺的流程,分别从镀前处理、电镀及镀后处理3个阶段分析了电镀的各个步骤、原理及作用。针对影响电镀质量的外部因素,详细分析了产品本身的结构对电镀质量的影响,并介绍了相应的改善措施。严格把控这些影响因素,可有效达到提高电镀质量的目的。The automotive OEMs generally use electroplating processes to decorate the appearance of products and increase the hardness and corrosion resistance of automotive parts.As an important industrial processing technology,each link of electroplating is very important.By expounding the process of electroplating,this article analyzes the steps,principles and functions of electroplating from three stages:pretreatment,electroplating and post treatment.For the external factors that affect the quality of electroplating,the article analyzes in detail the influence of the structure of the product itself on the electroplating quality,and introduces corresponding improvement measures.Strictly controlling these influencing factors can effectively achieve the purpose of improving the quality of electroplating.
