摘  要:材料是汽车零部件的基础,在汽车零部件一致性乃至整车一致性保障方面起到至关重要的作用。借助5M1E工作法并运用设计防错技术,通过组建材料设计一致性工作团队,优化车用工程材料体系架构和材料标准溯源研究,以一体化研究和材料数据库建设为主线实现材料信息数据的标准化、集成化、共享化目标,建立完善产品开发过程设计选材管理流程,提出材料设计一致性控制策略,为最终的零部件与整车一致性保障奠定基础。Materials are the basis of vehicle parts,it plays a vital role in ensuring the consistency of vehicle parts and even complete vehicle.With the help of 5M1E working method and design error proofing technology,through the formation of material consistency work team,the system architecture of vehicle engineering materials and traceability research on material standards are optimized,the standardization,integration and sharing of material information data are realized with integrated research and material database construction as the main line,the management process of design and material selection are established and improved.This article proposes the consistency control strategy of material design,which lays a solid foundation to ensure the final parts and vehicle consistency.
