摘 要:随着载荷的增大,现有齿轮箱悬挂装置中的主要承载金属部件的极限强度和疲劳强度安全系数越来越小,其配套弹性支撑的疲劳寿命安全系数也越来越低。本文对齿轮箱悬挂装置的整体结构进行了优化设计,对现有结构和优化结构的整体强度进行了极限工况和疲劳工况仿真分析对比,对现有结构和优化结构的主要金属部件进行了疲劳寿命预测对比,对现有结构和优化结构的弹性支撑进行了疲劳试验对比。最终设计出一种新型的齿轮箱悬挂装置,提高了悬挂装置中主要金属部件的极限和疲劳强度安全系数,提高了配套弹性支撑的疲劳寿命安全系数。With the increase of the load,the ultimate strength and fatigue strength safety factor of the main bearing metal parts in the existing gearbox suspension device decreases,and the fatigue life safety factor of the elastic support also gets lower.In this paper,the structure of the gearbox suspension device is optimized,the overall strength of the existing structure and the optimized structure on the extreme condition and fatigue condition are compared by simulation analysis,the fatigue life of the main metal parts of the existing structure and the optimized structure are compared according to the FKM standard,and the elastic support of the existing structure and the optimized structure are compared by the fatigue test.Finally,a new type of gearbox suspension device is designed,which improves the extreme and fatigue strength safety factor of the main metal parts in the gearbox suspension device,and the fatigue life safety factor of the elastic support.
