长江中下游小型湖泊治理保护和开发利用实践与思考--以湖北宜昌市为例

摘　　要：近年来湖北省大力推进湖泊保护和治理工作,湖泊形态保护、水质保护、功能保护得到有力加强,但一些深层次矛盾依然存在,一些重点难点问题不易解决。湖泊保护治理难度大、见效慢,且必须持续发力。结合近年宜昌市湖泊保护治理取得的经验和存在的主要问题,结合长江大保护和乡村振兴战略发展需要,提出建议。In recent years,Hubei Province has paid high attention to lake protection and management,by strengthening protection of morphology of lake,water quality and its functions.However,there are deep-rooted problems that are difficult to deal with.Therefore,constant efforts are needed concerning the complexity of protection and control and long return period.Recommendations are made regarding main issues and experiences in lake protection and management in Yichang in recent years,under the guidance of strategies of the Yangtze River Protection and the strategy of rural revitalization.
