湖北省丹江口水库外迁移民居住现状分析

摘　　要：水库移民安置是水利水电工程建设的关键一环,受库区环境容量限制,丹江口水利枢纽大坝加高工程涉及的湖北省14.38万农村移民中,有7.73万人出县外迁安置。通过对湖北省丹江口水库外迁移民的安置效果和居住现状开展全面调查,分析影响外迁移民长住安置区的主要因素,了解安置区长住移民与非长住移民的基本情况,提出吸引移民长住安置区的措施建议。研究成果可为后续移民安稳发展扶持精准施策提供数据和理论支撑。Reservoir resettlement is the key to the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Due to the limited environmental capacity of the reservoir area,77.3 thousand people of 143.8 thousand rural migrants in Hubei Province involved in the dam heightening project of Danjiangkou Hydropower Project were moved and reset⁃tled out of their county.Through comprehensive survey on the resettlement effect and living situation of Hubei pro⁃vincial external migrants of Danjiangkou Reservoir,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the migrants longtime stable living in the resettlement area,and understands the basic situation of permanent immigrants and nonlong-time stable immigrants in the resettlement area and puts forward some suggestions attracting migrants to live in resettlement areas for a long time to provides data and theoretical support for the follow-up of the stable and devel⁃opment of migrants.
