摘  要:流体机械课程是工科院校的主要课程之一。由于该课程所讲述的典型流体机械具有运动部件结构复杂、工作过程难以直观观察和运行环境高危等特点,在流体机械实验教学中,学生难以观察其内部零部件的运动和流体的增压过程,因此存在教学难度大和学生难于理解等困难。为了改善教学效果,以典型的流体机械双螺杆压缩机为例,构建了一套基于核心部件阴阳螺杆转子设计的双螺杆压缩机虚拟仿真实验教学系统,包括:核心部件阴阳螺杆转子的三维设计、3D打印、整机虚拟装配和工作过程的仿真模拟;并设计了该实验教学的具体步骤。基于核心部件阴阳螺杆转子设计的双螺杆压缩机虚拟仿真实验教学系统能够在流体机械的结构、工作过程变化、流体增压过程等方面改善实验教学效果,有助于学生深化理解流体经过双螺杆压缩机的增压过程,提高了学生的工程实践意识和空间想象能力。The fluid machinery is one of the main course of engineering colleges.Since the typical fluid machinery described in this course has the characteristics of complex moving parts,difficult to observe the working process intuitively,and high-risk operating environment,it is difficult for students to observe the movement of its internal parts and the pressurization process of the fluid in the experimental teaching of fluid machinery.Therefore,there are problems such as difficulty in teaching and difficulty for students to understand.In order to improve the teaching effect,taking a typical fluid machinery twin-screw compressor as an example,a virtual simulation experiment teaching system for twin-screw compressors based on the core components of female and male screw rotors is constructed,which includes the three-dimensional design of the core component female and male screw rotors,3D printing,virtual assembly of the whole machine and simulation of the working process.And the specific steps of the experimental teaching are designed.The virtual simulation experiment teaching system of twin-screw compressor based on the core component female and male screw rotors can improve the experimental teaching effect in the structure of fluid machinery,working process changes,fluid pressurization process,etc.,and help students deepen their understanding of fluid passing through the twin-screw compressor.The pressurization process of the compressor improves the students’sense of engineering practice and the ability of spatial imagination.
