摘 要:本试验旨在通过混合青贮的方式,探究甘蔗尾或甘蔗与桑叶混合青贮对其青贮品质的影响,为改善广西地区的非常规饲料资源利用率和混合青贮饲料的实际应用提供科学依据和技术支撑。试验1:甘蔗尾与桑叶混合青贮;试验2:甘蔗与桑叶混合青贮。2种青贮原料的混合比例分别为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75、0∶100。试验1结果表明:1)与甘蔗尾单独青贮相比,甘蔗尾与桑叶混合青贮显著增加了混合青贮饲料的粗蛋白质、乳酸、乙酸和丙酸含量(P<0.05)。2)与桑叶单独青贮相比,桑叶与甘蔗尾混合青贮对混合青贮饲料的pH和氨态氮含量的影响较弱(P>0.05),但能降低其有氧暴露后pH和酵母菌的增长速率。因此,桑叶与甘蔗尾混合青贮更倾向于提高混合青贮饲料的有氧稳定性。试验2结果表明:1)与甘蔗单独青贮相比,甘蔗与桑叶混合青贮显著增加了混合青贮饲料的干物质、粗蛋白质、乙酸和丙酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低了乙醇含量和青贮损失(P<0.05)。2)与桑叶单独青贮相比,桑叶与甘蔗混合青贮显著增加了混合青贮饲料的乳酸、乙酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低了pH、氨态氮与丁酸含量和肠杆菌数量(P<0.05),改善了混合青贮饲料的青贮品质;当25%桑叶与75%甘蔗混合青贮时,能抑制混合青贮饲料有氧暴露后的氨态氮生成,还能促进乙酸的产生,其青贮品质表现最佳。综上可知,与桑叶混合青贮时,甘蔗占比不低于25%时能改善混合青贮饲料的青贮品质;而甘蔗尾与桑叶混合青贮更倾向提高混合青贮饲料的有氧稳定性。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mixed silage of sugarcane or sugarcane top and mulberry leaf on the quality of silage through mixed silage,and provide scientific basis and technology for improving the utilization of unconventional feed resources in Guangxi and the practical application of mixed silage support.Experiment 1:mixed silage of sugarcane top and mulberry leaf;experiment 2:mixed silage of sugarcane and mulberry leaves.The mixing ratios of the two raw materials were 100∶0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75 and 0∶100,respectively.The results of experiment 1 showed as follows:1)compared with the sugarcane top silage alone,sugarcane top mixed silage with mulberry leaf significantly increased the contents of crude protein,lactic acid,acetic acid and propionic acid of the mixed silage(P<0.05).2)Compared with the mulberry leaf silage alone,mulberry leaf mixed silage with sugarcane top had a weaker effect on the pH and ammonia nitrogen content of the mixed silage(P>0.05),but it could reduce the pH and the growth rate of yeast after aerobic exposure.Therefore,the mixed silage of mulberry leaf and sugarcane top tended to improve the aerobic stability of the mixed silage.The results of experiment 1 showed as follows:1)compared with the sugarcane silage alone,sugarcane mixed silage with mulberry leaf significantly increased the contents of dry matter,crude protein,acetic acid and propionic acid of the mixed silage(P<0.05),and significantly reduced ethanol content and silage loss(P<0.05).2)Compared with the mulberry leaf silage alone,mulberry leaf mixed silage with sugarcane significantly increased the contents of lactic acid and acetic acid of mixed silage,and significantly reduced the pH,the contents of ammonia nitrogen and butyric acid and the count of enteric bacilli(P<0.05),which improved the silage quality of mixed silage;when 25%mulberry leaf and 75%sugarcane were mixed silage,it could inhibit the ammonia nitrogen production of the mixed silage after aerobic exposure,and could also promote
