摘  要:本试验旨在通过混合青贮的方式,探究甘蔗尾或甘蔗与构树叶混合青贮对其发酵品质的影响,为改善广西地区的非常规饲料资源利用率和混合青贮饲料的实际应用提供科学依据和技术支撑。试验1:甘蔗尾与构树叶混合青贮;试验2:甘蔗与构树叶混合青贮。甘蔗尾或甘蔗与构树叶的混合比例分别为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75、0∶100。试验1结果表明:1)与甘蔗尾单独青贮相比,甘蔗尾与构树叶混合青贮显著增加了混合青贮饲料的粗蛋白质、乙酸含量(P<0.05),显著提高了有氧暴露后乙酸和丙酸的含量(P<0.05),并显著降低了肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。2)与构树叶单独青贮相比,构树叶与甘蔗尾混合青贮显著增加了混合青贮饲料的可溶性碳水化合物含量(P<0.05);25%构树叶与75%甘蔗尾混合青贮显著降低了混合青贮饲料的pH和氨态氮含量(P<0.05)。试验2结果表明:1)与甘蔗单独青贮相比,甘蔗与构树叶混合青贮显著降低了混合青贮饲料的乙醇含量(P<0.05)。2)与构树叶单独青贮相比,25%构树叶与75%甘蔗混合青贮显著增加了混合青贮饲料的粗蛋白质、可溶性碳水化合物、乳酸和乙酸含量(P<0.05),同时显著降低了pH、氨态氮和丁酸含量(P<0.05),并使混合青贮饲料有氧暴露后的pH更稳定,同时大幅抑制霉菌的增长。综上可知,与构树叶混合青贮时,甘蔗占比75%能显著改善混合青贮饲料的发酵品质,而甘蔗尾的占比需要超过75%才能明显改善混合青贮饲料的发酵品质。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mixed silage of sugarcane top or sugarcane and Broussonetia papyrifera leaf on fermentation quality through mixed silage,and provide scientific basis and technology for improving the utilization rate of unconventional feed resources in Guangxi and the practical application of mixed silage support.Experiment 1:mixed silage of sugarcane top and Broussonetia papyrifera leaf;experiment 2:mixed silage of sugarcane and Broussonetia papyrifera leaf.The mixing ratios of the two raw materials were 100∶0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75 and 0∶100,respectively.The results of experiment 1 showed as follows:1)compared with sugarcane top silage alone,the sugarcane top mixed silage with Broussonetia papyrifera leaf increased the crude protein(CP)and acetic acid content of the mixed silage,and increased the growth rate of acetic acid and propionic acid content after aerobic exposure,and also reduced the number of enterobacteria(P<0.05).2)Compared with Broussonetia papyrifera leaf silage alone,Broussonetia papyrifera leaf mixed silage with sugarcane top significantly increased the water-soluble carbohydrates(WSC)content of the mixed silage(P<0.05);when 25%Broussonetia papyrifera leaf mixed with 75%sugarcane top silage,it could significantly reduce the pH and ammoniacal nitrogen(NH 3-N)content of mixed silage(P<0.05).The results of experiment 2 showed as follows:1)compared with sugarcane silage alone,sugarcane mixed silage with Broussonetia papyrifera leaf significantly reduced the ethanol content of the mixed silage(P<0.05).2)Compared with Broussonetia papyrifera leaf silage alone,Broussonetia papyrifera leaf mixed silage with 75%sugarcane significantly increased the contents of CP,WSC,lactic acid and acetic acid of the mixed silage(P<0.05),while significantly reduced the pH,NH 3-N and butyric acid contents(P<0.05),and made the pH of the mixed silage more stable after aerobic exposure,while greatly inhibiting the growth of molds.In summary,when mixed with Broussonetia papyrif
