摘 要:针对传统地下铝土矿开采方法回采率低、机械化程度不高、矿石贫化严重等问题,瓦厂坪铝土矿借鉴煤矿综合机械化开采方法进行了地下铝土矿综合机械化开采工业试验。结果表明:试采初期由于工作面"三机"设备选型和生产组织不合理,出现了工作面设备损坏和零部件严重磨损等现象,优化"三机"配套和生产组织管理后,铝土矿综采工作面能实现日均产量近2100 t,达到综采试验的预期目标,为传统铝土矿改变采矿方法树立了典范。In view of the low recovery rate, low mechanization and serious ore dilution of traditional mining methods in underground bauxite, an industrial test of comprehensive mechanized mining for Wachangping bauxite mine was carried out through learning from the comprehensive mechanized mining method of coal mines. The results show that according to the unreasonable “three machines” equipment selection and production organization at the working face in the early stage of mining, there are phenomena such as equipment damage and severe wear of parts at the working face. After optimizing the performance of the “three machines” equipment and production organization, the comprehensive mechanized mining face can achieve an average daily output of nearly 2100 t, and achieve the expected goal of test. This engineering case sets a model for changing the mining method of traditional bauxite.
