摘 要:针对金川二矿区大体积充填体下玻璃钢锚杆合理支护参数问题,基于正交试验设计方法,选取锚杆的长度、锚杆直径、锚杆间距、锚杆排距和喷射混凝土厚度5个主要参数,对不同参数组合方案下的支护效果进行数值计算,以巷道变形、塑性区体积和经济成本作为评价指标,采用极差分析法和矩阵分析法分析了各参数对支护效果的影响。结果表明:锚杆长度为2.2 m,锚杆直径为20 mm,锚杆间距为1.2 m,锚杆排距为0.8 m,喷射混凝土厚度为100 mm时,支护效果最好;各参数对支护效果影响的主次顺序为喷射混凝土厚度、锚杆排距、锚杆间距、锚杆直径、锚杆长度。研究结论为金川二矿区大体积充填体下玻璃钢锚杆支护参数的合理选取提供理论依据。Aiming at the reasonable supporting parameters of GFRP bolt under the massive backfill in Jinchuan No.2 mining area, five main parameters, including bolt length, bolt diameter, bolt spacing, bolt row spacing and shotcrete thickness, were selected based on the orthogonal experimental design method. The supporting effects under different parameter combinations were simulated. Taking the roadway deformation, plastic zone volume and economic cost as evaluation indexes, range analysis method and matrix analysis method were used to analyze the influence of each parameter on the supporting effect. The results show that the supporting effect is the best when the bolt length is 2.2 m, the bolt diameter is 20 mm, the bolt spacing is 1.2 m, the bolt row spacing is 0.8 m, and the shotcrete thickness is 100 mm. The influence order of each parameter on the supporting effect is the shotcrete thickness, bolt row spacing, bolt spacing, bolt diameter and bolt length. The research provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of the supporting parameters of GFRP bolt under the massive backfill in Jinchuan No.2 mining area.
