摘  要:针对垂直螺旋输送机在输送矿粉时,螺旋叶片母线函数设计缺乏理论依据的问题进行了研究。以输送效率、最大变形量、应力分布作为结构是否合理的评价标准。采用单质点理论对新型螺旋叶片进行了初步的设计,并且提出了一种基于颗粒孔隙率用于评估EDEM周期性模型精确度的算法。建立EDEM模型并对其进行了仿真计算,与单质点理论计算结果相比较,结果表明单质点理论仅能大致表现颗粒运动变化趋势,难以准确地反映实际运动变化状况;并对45%填充率、1200 r/min工况下的垂直螺旋输送机进行了DEM-FEM联合仿真分析,发现在垂直螺旋输送机中倾斜直母线型螺旋叶片最大应力载荷与最大变形量显著小于传统的水平直母线型螺旋叶片,为之后的垂直螺旋输送机的叶片结构设计提供参考。Aiming at the problem of lacking theoretical basis, the design of screw blade generatrix function of vertical screw conveyor was studied. Taking the conveying efficiency, the maximum deformation and stress distribution as the evaluation criteria for the rationality of the structure, the new screw blade was preliminarily designed by using the single particle theory, and an algorithm based on particle porosity was proposed to evaluate the accuracy of EDEM periodic model. The EDEM model was established and simulated. Comparing with the calculation results of the single particle theory, the results show that the single particle theory only roughly shows the trend of particle motion, and it is difficult to accurately reflect the actual motion changes. The DEM-FEM co-simulation analysis on the vertical screw conveyor under the condition of 45% filling rate and 1200 r/m was carried out. It is found that the maximum stress load and the maximum deformation of the inclined straight generatrix screw blade in the vertical screw conveyor are significantly smaller than those of the traditional horizontal straight generatrix screw blade. The study can provide a reference for the blade structure design of the vertical screw conveyor.
