摘  要:早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)严重影响着全球女性的生殖内分泌健康,因此,迫切需要一种疗效好、安全性高的治疗方式。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一种来源于中胚层的多能干细胞,具有强大的增殖能力和自我更新能力,经血源性间充质干细胞(menstrual blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells,MenSCs)作为MSCs的成员之一,展现出作为种子细胞的易于多次获取的优越性,可靶向归巢至受损卵巢部位并分化为卵巢细胞,旁分泌多种生长因子、黏附因子和外泌体从而促进受损卵巢组织修复、血管再生和免疫调节。本文就MenSCs治疗POI的研究进展做一综述。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)has seriously affecting the reproductive and endocrine health of the female around the world.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a treatment with good curative effect and high safety.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are a type of pluripotent stem cells derived from mesoderm,which have strong ability of proliferation and self-renewal.As members of MSCs,menstrual blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MenSCs)have shown the advantage of being easy to obtain repeatedly as seed cells.They can target the damaged ovarian tissue and differentiate into ovarian cells.Otherwise,they're able to paracrine varieties of growth factors,adhesion factors and exosomes to promote damaged ovarian tissue repair,vascular regeneration and immune regulation.This article reviews the progress of MenSCs in the treatment of POI.
