摘  要:为解决某煤矿岩巷爆破时岩块抛掷损伤钻装机及爆堆分散影响出碴效率的问题,通过理论分析归纳了控制岩块抛掷范围的思路,提出了集中近距抛掷爆破技术,对相关参数设计后将该技术进行现场应用。应用观测结果表明:与原方案相比,抛掷距离超过15 m的岩块集中于钻装机右侧且数量明显降低,个别岩块最远抛掷距离自30 m降低至18 m,全断面起爆后爆堆集中在工作面前方8.5 m范围内并向巷道右侧集中;在循环进尺提高的基础上,出碴时间控制在3 h之内。通过应用集中近距抛掷爆破技术,钻装机组受到有效保护,出碴效率得到进一步提高。To solve the problems of rock block throwing damage drilling machine and blasting pile dispersion affecting the efficiency of ballast throwing,the idea of controlling the rock block throwing distance and range was summarized,and the concentrated short-range throwing blasting technology was put forward,which was applied in the field after the design of relevant parameters.The application observation results show that compared with the original scheme,the rock blocks with a throwing distance of more than 15 m are concentrated on the right side of the drilling machine and the number is significantly reduced.The maximum throwing distance of individual rock blocks are reduced from 30 m to 18 m.After full section initiation,the blasting heap is concentrated in 8.5 m in front of the working face and concentrated to the right side of the roadway.On the basis of increasing the circulation footage,the time of removing waste rock is controlled within 3 h.Through the application of concentrated short-range throwing blasting technology,the drilling unit is effectively protected and the ballast efficiency is further improved.
